In the planning phase, we make an industry/firm analysis considering the strategies that will cover our partner’s needs. We give leading services to our partner in this step, about price/benefit packages and suitable firm/candidate profiles.
In the implementation phase, according to the designated strategies, we find appropriate candidates by using our strong network and talent database. Then we do two-tier interviews with the candidates about their psychological profile and working experiences. We also assess cultural match between the company and the candidate.
In the placement phase, we make a detailed research on the candidate that our partner has approved. We also act together with our partner in the negotiation stage.
